Why would you be a good addition to the staff?
I have had much experience on past servers. Many times I have joined the server to find RDM'rs, Prop Block, or just people that aren't playing correctly. Having the ability to take care of these situations without having to wait for an admin to come on would be very beneficial to other players who just want to have fun and play accordingly. I am on almost every day so I would be able to help out when others wouldn't.
