Yes, I am familiar with ULX, it's actually my favorite admin system. !menu, !ban, !kick, !ghost, and !goto are five basic admin commands.
Why would you make a good staff member?
I have experience with being an admin. I've been admin on many servers, although mostly friend's servers. I can use ULX and I know how to diffuse a situation. Although in-game I might seem like I'm just fucking around most of the time, if I have admin duties, I'm not going to act like it's a joke. I will try to be as respectful as possible to any players or admins who need help. If you've seen me in the server, I'm sure you would support me becoming a mod. I try to be as friendly as possible in all situations, but I know when it's time to punish someone.
